Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing:

This student position will provide support to the Customer Service Team in Brazil in a great variety of tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contact and respond inquires of internal and external clients.
  • Support Customer Services group with a variety of projects.
  • Analyze, maintain and monitor reports.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Pursuing the second or third grade of a bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, International Relations or related field.
  • Advanced English required (both spoken and written).
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially with Excel
  • Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask
  • Customer Service and detail-oriented mind set.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems proactively

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

– R$19,800.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
