Customer Service Advisor Location: Newcastle (Onsite Shift Work) Pay: Up to £20.66/hr (Umbrella) Duration: 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension) Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for helping customers? A well-established consultancy firm is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will: Support customers with loan account enquiries. Deliver solutions with a customer-first approach. Handle sensitive data while adhering to GDPR regulations. What We re Looking For Previous experience in customer service or call centres is a must.
