Hybrid working – 2 days in Office

Job purpose:

The role holder will design, develop and implement simple, medium and complex business solutions utilising the Salesforce.com platform and integrating them seamlessly with our digital experience, you will be familiar with a variety of clouds but primarily with the experience cloud layer.

Provide solution architecture detailing how they plan to utilise the Salesforce.com experience cloud platform to bring about a series of digital experience outcomes, working closely with the Digital and Experience team to ensure outcome align with the Digital strategic objectives

Build on these solutions to design, develop and implement HLD’s into a working business process. Bringing the design to life into the B2B business ensuring all builds are scalable for future growth. Also ensuring solutions are developed in a way that allows for easy adoption of the tools and technologies at our digital experience layer across our sales and service customer touchpoints.

Planning, organising and integrating knowledge.

Integration of operations or services which are generally related in nature and objective and where there is a requirement for coordination with associated functions

Experience needed:

  • Experience in a salesforce.com development, ideally with a core focus on experience cloud and delivering outcomes using this technology.
  • Experience on sales cloud or CPQ and created some process, preferably in the B2B channel.
  • Experience and understanding of LWC and underlying development languages that support the force.com platform
  • Proficient in web technologies and frontend frameworks, e.g. JavaScript and React, and preferably holding a Salesforce JavaScript Developer certification.
  • Experience working in an agile environment beneficial (scrum or kanban) and working knowledge of Jira
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS and any exposure to the Adobe suite of products also desirable.
