Overview
Our client, a well-respected law firm, are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their highly regarded Agricultural team. The firm have offices across the country, and this position will be based in their Alconbury or Spalding office.
The firm has earned a strong reputation over the years and have recently expanded their offering by bringing in additional fee earners. As such, they now require a Paralegal to support the Solicitors in the team. The team and wider firm pride themselves on having a friendly, yet professional culture.
What does the opportunity consist of?
As part of the firm’s growth, they are able to offer an opportunity for a Paralegal to join them and support the team. The successful candidate will work alongside the fee earners in the Agricultural team, providing junior fee earning support on all aspects of the disputes. This role would suit someone who has broad litigation experience and is looking for the next step in their career.
The salary on offer is up to £30,000 per annum. The firm also offer a pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, private medical cover, Paralegal bonus scheme and hybrid working.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy Commercial Property or Agricultural department, undertaking some fee earning duties
- Experience working in the Agricultural sector is desired but not essential
- You should have a good client manner and professional tone
- Willingness to learn and motivated to provide excellent communication skills
- Organised with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
