Territory Business Manager
Reed are collaborating exclusively with an exciting and award-winning international client, recruiting for the position of Amazon Senior Manager to join the team in their Norfolk office on a permanent, full time basis.
The role
You will be leading and overseeing the day-to-day activities for the company Amazon accounts across multiple countered, in eight countries, reporting to the Head of Amazon.Within the position you will have a key leadership position, managing three direct reports.This is a fast-paced role with lots of variety, working as part of a collaborative team, sharing ideas and plans on a regular basis. You will be full of energy, resilience and be motivated to succeed, with a high level of attention to detail and great problem-solving skills, with an eye for opportunities, great analysis skills and ability to think outside of the box to continue to drive success and ideas across the company.
The role
• Working with the Head of Department to develop and execute the strategy, implementing key objectives to achieve annual budget• Lead, coach, and support three team members, enhancing their strengths and encouraging development in line with their personal & professional goals and business objectives.• Maintain a deep understanding of relevant Amazon developments and functions with expertise in the market, staying updated on changes, updates, and new features within the Amazon ecosystem.• Manage the relationship with Amazon Vendor Support, encourage engagement and collaboration with regular communication and maximise the value of this to drive strategic objectives and proactive timely problem solving.• Combining and collating the territory stock forecasts: Check, highlight and investigate any large changes to improve forecast accuracy and communicate updated figures with the Forecasting & Demand Planning Co-ordinator on a weekly basis.• Record and track sales & stock data: Gaining actionable insights to improve our position and drive revenue. Communicate succinct & accurate sales reports to internal stakeholders when required.• Provide cover for other teams as required Thursdays & Fridays and UK account on Fridays to ensure account health is maintained to a high standard in absence of the dept. manager.
Person requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years Amazon Vendor Experience
- Leadership and people skills
- Commercial awareness with analysis and forecasting experience
- Strong team working and collaboration with others
- Results-driven, proactive and positive approach to work
Package
- Salary negotiable dependant on experience £35,000-£45,000
