The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Territory Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Achieving account-level sales and penetration objectives Driving utilization of the Solventum product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives Developing and managing favourable relationships with key decision makers (physicians, wound care nurses, nursing staff and others) Improving wound care knowledge and providing clinical training and education to customers Identifying patients that benefit from Advanced Wound Therapy, including post-acute transition Facilitating all steps for a successful post-acute transition process Supporting clinical trials and product testing Participating in customer events (congress, workshops, etc…), when required Developing a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Sales experience within the medical (or life science) industry preferred but not essential Proven sales experience is essential Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Enthusiastic and highly motivated Caring personality and motivated to improving the health and well-being of others Very good relationship building skills Team player with strong inter-personal skills Highly effective influencing skills Excellent presentation and education skills, both oral and written Ability to deal effectively in all business relationships while projecting a positive image of the company Role Location: Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Ideal candidate location: Candidate must live on territory (as defined below) Sales Territories – North Central London ICS including hospitals such as UCLH, Whittington, RNOH.
