HAYWARD HAWK is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join this thriving NI based MSP. Technical Support Engineer Hayward Hawk are working with a well established and hugely successful NI company who specialise in Managed Services and Cyber Security. They are going through a huge company growth plan and are recruiting across all areas. This company offers fantastic progression opportunities and really rewards their staff (including annual trips abroad). They are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join. This role will work as part of a team dedicated to a set of customers. Youll working alongside the L1, L2 and L3 engineers to manage customer technical issues. Youll ideally have the following skills and experience: 2+ years experience in break fix / managed services environment addressing technical issues Strong working knowledge of Windows based systems Strong working knowledge of physical and virtualised systems (HyperV and VMware) Experience and exposure to higher level networking deployments and support of same (L2/L3 switching) This role is offering a very attractive salary (happy to discuss) plus great benefits (healthcare, hybrid working, free parking, lunches, annual trips etc).
