Technical Liaison Manager – Card / Merchant Services

Technical Liaison Manager needed for this digital payment business. Working close with the senior leadership team the Technical Liaison Manager plays a core role in delivering services to their client and managing the internal operations and delivery team

Responsibilities are broad and will include:

Managing the Internal Support Team to deliver a world class service

Support project delivery and liaising with development and operation teams with the implementation of new products, services and processes

Resolve integration issues, acting as a liaison, and developing solutions with the development team.

Ensure all projects meet SLA’s and are fit for purpose

Introduce process improvements

Resolve integration defects, acting as a liaison, and developing solutions with the development team

The right candidate will have a proven track record within Card Payments / Merchant Services and experience with technical integration processes
