Job title: Technical Administrator

Location: Cheadle, UK Hybrid (3 days per week)

Security Clearance: SC clearance required/must be able to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance.

About the role

As a Technical Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing the internal commodity export taskings, communications, compliance, and activities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prioritise, track and coordinator internal commodity.
  • Provision of onsite support.
  • Collate hours, projects and booking codes.
  • Stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage engineering costs
  • Generation of data and tech packs.
  • Undertake ad hoc procurement requests and other system procedures.

You will have the following experience:

  • Previous experience with task/project tracking is essential.
  • IT literate within Microsoft Office packages (MS Project/JIRA desirable)
  • Ability to commute within different levels of the business.
  • Background/understanding within an engineering/technical/aerospace/defence/maritime environment would be beneficial.
