Teaching Manager

Worldwide Education, The UK's number one supply agency, is currently recruiting for the position of Teaching Manager on a permanent contract on behalf of our Client.

We are excited to offer this full-time teaching manager position in a leading Pre-School in the Henley-on-Thames area (RG9).

The Teaching Manager position is to start in February 2021. The successful applicant will provide a safe, high-quality education that meets the individual needs of the children at the setting. In partnership with the Business Manager, they will lead and manage the teaching staff on a day-to-day basis; contribute to and implement early years policies; and ensure all statutory obligations are met. The teaching manager role is Monday to Thursday around 28 hours a week and term time only.

A successful Teaching Manager will be expected to work together with dynamic, supportive teaching staff and senior leadership team who are committed to delivering the highest possible level of learning in a safety-oriented environment.

The Teaching Manager salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are shown below.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Teaching Manager, you must:

Have at least two years' management experience within a preschool setting
Hold a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Qualification
Have or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Be able to communicate with both parent and staff effectively.
