A beauty brand management company is currently looking for an E-commerce Customer Service assistant to join their team. They are a growing business based in North London and with exciting plans to expand abroad soon.

This is a busy role dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries via telephone and email, processing customer returns, quality/product control to identify products with potential issues, liaising with delivery couriers, etc.

The right candidate will have at least two years’ customer service experience within e-commerce, and previous experience and knowledge of working with Amazon and eBay. You must also be willing to travel to North London.

Salary up to £30,000 and hours of work 9am-5pm (flexible).
