Your new company
I am recruiting for experienced Support Workers to join the team at large care provider that has homes across the Dorset area. Our client is an experienced provider of residential care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities, and other complex needs. We have full time, permanent vacancies for days.

Your new role
As a Support Worker your job is to provide a consistent level of care and support to people with complex needs and challenging behaviours You will assist service users with the development of new skills, supporting the development of daily living activities and by supporting them to live as full a life as possible. You will also be required to assist with personal care duties including bathing, washing and dressing.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a kind, cheerful, hardworking and caring individual who enjoys making a difference to people's lives. You must have at least 6 months experience working with Learning Disabilities and have a strong understanding of the Autism spectrum as well as Challenging Behaviours.
Own transport is desirable.
Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is an advantage
