Support Engineer – 1st/2nd Line – Financial Services – London. An established financial services company based in Sevenoaks are urgently seeking an Support Engineer. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Line Support to office based and remote users. The Support Engineer will be the first point of contact for incidents, faults and a range of service requests.

The Support Engineer will be responsible for;

Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, web or via email
Performing remote troubleshooting
Identify and suggesting improvements to processes and procedures
Be an IT ambassador for the business

The Support Engineer will have;

Commercial experience providing both 1st and 2nd Line Support
Experience with MS Exchange, Active Directory and Group Policies
Experience with Cisco/Telephony Systems – Desirable
ITIL/ISO27001 certifications, knowledge or experience is desirable
