Support Desk Engineer

We have an exciting role for a Support Desk Engineer based just north of Cambridge city, to provide technical support across a range of products, write customer-facing documentation such as FAQs and application notes, as well as maintaining internal processes, systems and equipment.

You must be able to obtain UK Security Clearance for this role.

Requirements

* Degree level Education in Engineering or equivalent in Communications or related industries
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in a customer support desk role in a commercial /B2B environment within in a high-tech product development organisation
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Experience in working with digital communication networks and associated technologies
* Experience of working within a commercial software/hardware product development lifecycle
