Stock Admin Apprentice

Apprenticeship summary
Weekly wage: £161.25
Working week: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00
Total hours per week: 37.5
Expected duration: 18 months
Possible start date: 8th December 2021
Apprenticeship level: Advanced Level 3 (A level)
Core duties:
– Ensure accuracy of goods in checking, the checking of delivery notes against PO’s and the accuracy of deliveries being booked onto the system. Raising any queries with suppliers in a timely manner
– Responsible for accurately matching deliveries against invoices and querying any overcharges
– To manage the physical locations of all SKU’s
– To ensure monthly stock takes carried out in line with policy
– Investigate and report on discrepancies, losses and damages
– Responsible for controlling best before dates of all stock and minimising write offs
– Manage and clear all outstanding pending issues
– Order taking for telesales and assisting in answering telephones
