About the Role

As Regional Youth Programme Lead at St John Ambulance, you will support the delivery of SJA youth programmes by working across a specific region to expand the reach of SJA and the work we do with young people in their communities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new programme opportunities and initiatives for young people and youth leaders in line with SJA’s vision and mission.

As Regional Youth Programme Lead, you will recruit and manage a team of SJA people and implement a performance management culture in line with SJA policies. You will also develop, maintain and review strategic partnerships and networks within your region to identify and pursue opportunities for expanding SJA’s work with young people.

About You

You will have demonstrable experience in designing and developing programmes for young people as well as experience recruiting and managing a team. You will have strong relationship building skills and the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
