Quality Assurance Engineer * Location: Greater Belfast * Job Type: Full-time * Salary: Negotiable REED Technology are delighted to partner with an excellent Software Organisation who are seeking a passionate and talented Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong grounding in software testing, including both manual and automated techniques to join their team. With at least three years of experience in a QA role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and standards of the company software products. Day to Day of the role: * Collaborate with the development and QA team in an agile environment through daily stand-ups and sprint cycles. * Create and maintain test project plans and application test sets using manual and automated techniques. * Deliver product test plans to set deadlines. * Uphold business standards, ensuring all areas comply with quality and information security procedures. * Communicate clearly and regularly with management and technical support colleagues. * Meet individual client requirements and standards. * Provide assistance in other areas of the business as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Proven track record in manual and automated testing of software applications. * Strong analytical mind with a disciplined approach to QA processes. * Excellent communication skills. * Motivated and ambitious team player with a passion for knowledge sharing.
