Staines-upon-Thames – Hybrid Working
£50,000-£55,000
I’m currently working for a global software business who are looking for a Software Tester to join their growing team in Staines-upon-Thames. The company are one of the leading lights within the messaging industry and work with many global, governmental sectors and operate across many different avenues making it an interesting role with lots of variety.
The main requirement of the role is to have excellent testing experience within a Manual & Tool-Driven Testing environment. You will work closely with the development teams, and focus primarily on functional & non-functional Manual Testing, but there will be scope to carry out Test Automation or CI/CD Maintenance. You will also support with the test strategy, identify issues in new & existing solutions and participate in ISO9001 audits. The main programming language used within the team is Python and you’ll be familiar with all stages of the SDLC.
The Software Tester role requires office working of twice a week in Staines-upon-Thames for the initial few weeks and then revert to once a week thereafter.
Technical Requirements
- Experience in Manual & Tool-Driven Testing.
- Knowledge of Automation or CI/CD maintenance.
- Fully confident with the SDLC.
- Ideally have worked with Python.
- Confident working amongst different teams.
- Ideally have a ISTQB certification or equivalent.
Salary/Benefits
- £50,000-£55,000
- UK based candidates – no sponsorship can be offered.
