Site administrator – Sodexo
About the role
At Sodexo we know how important our fantastic family of Administrators are – keeping our site running smoothly, and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join us at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton!
Being the go-to administrator for our team, you’ll be super organised and assisting with a variety of things from supporting at reception duties to finance, invoices and payments, responding to email/phone calls.

Demonstrate experience of working in a similar role within the service industry at a comparable level
Good numerical and communication skills, must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication
To be able to collate information into various documents
Able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Demonstrate strong organisation and time management
Able to demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standards
Able to work on your own initiative

Being a team player is important, but you’ll also need to be able to work well on your own! Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, but if you have great people skills, we’d love to hear from you!
