Calling all ambitious Service Charge Accountants / Property Accountants / Client Accountants.

Service Charge Accountants / Property Accountants / Client Accountants are required on an ongoing basis for vacancies at all levels across the UK.

Our clients include independent managing agents, private practices and national PLC’s.

Applicants can expect salaries in the region of £18k – £35k per annum for assistant level Service Charge / Property Accountant / Client Accountants vacancies through to £50k + for senior level Service Charge / Property Accountant roles. In most cases other benefits such as pension and private healthcare are also offered.

Experienced Service Charge / Property Accountants / Client Accountants will be familiar with a full range of block management accounting duties including service charge budget setting, service charge arrears collection, year-end accounts reconciliation, credit control, contractor payments and any other associated accounting duties required
