Service Administrator  – Orion Electrotech


Orion are partnered with an electrical engineering business which are looking for an Interim Service Administrator who will join them on an initial 3 month contract, with the possibility of either extension or permanent employment at the end. 

The Service Administrator will: 

Ensure the work orders for completed production jobs are completed accurately and on time for the end of month deadlines, assessing the work to identify potential stock issues

Keep track of the shop-floors equipment maintenance schedules and make sure that anything that has not been done is raised to the right team 

Work with the Service and Maintenance Engineers on allocation of jobs 

We will be excited to hear from you if you can demonstrate: 

Solid administration skills 

Strong ability to prioritise tasks 

Happy and confident to work with Service and Maintenance Engineers/Technicians 

IF you have worked in a similar role within an engineering environment before this would be a HUGE bonus, but it is not a deal breaker!
