Job Opportunity: Senior Care Assistant – Nights
Location: Lancaster
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £13.20 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care – desirable
Worked in similar setting for 2 years
Minimum 1 year supervisor role experience
P4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Nights Care Assistant for an award winning company, purpose built care homebased in Lancaster, providing outstanding residential, respite and dementia care.
Overview of role
Act as a mentor to care assistants and help them develop in their role to provide exceptional care
Conduct Risk Assessments
Create and develop Care Plans
Adhere to professional standards and the Care homes’ policies and procedures
Be knowledgeable of safeguarding
Shift Pattern
2 week rolling shift pattern 8pm – 8am
Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
