EXCLUSIVE ROLE

Role based: Manchester City Centre, with travel across the UK as part of the role
Salary: Up to £50k (dep on experience) + Car or Car allowance + Company Benefits
My client is a leading provider of Employment Law, HR and Health & Safety advice and consultancy services to small to medium size businesses across the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
As part of business growth and demand, VALIA Recruitment Solutions has been engaged to find an experienced Senior Litigation Consultant to work within the Employment Legal Team, based out of my client’s modern Manchester City Centre office building.
This is an office based role but requires the successful applicant to be able to travel throughout the UK in the course of your duties, in order to visit clients and undertake hearings.
The Role
To be responsible to the UK Litigation Manager, for assisting my client’s members when they receive employment tribunal claims, by assuming conduct of cases – from drafting documents, visiting clients, preparing cases for hearing, and representing clients in hearings.
We are looking for candidates who are confident, articulate and legally qualified, who crucially have direct employment law experience.
The successful candidate will be part of my clients UK Legal Team and will work closely with the Employment Law Advisory Service, the Litigation Executive Team and Senior Leadership Team.
There is a strong focus on delivering high standards of care and service to clients, and therefore we are looking for someone with good communication skills and high professional standards.
