Senior Interior Designer –
Permanent
Adrem are currently supporting an award-winning international design firm based in central London. They are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to work for their Corporate Interiors team on prestigious projects.
Successful candidates should have solid experience within a professional practice specialising in workplace interiors.
On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in:
Supporting the design development, maintaining excellence through all stages of a project (s) from inception through to completion.
Design reviews- gathering and presenting information.
Managing the development of tender proposals and materials.
Leading/assisting presentations of proposals to clients.
Concept ideas, development of layouts, finishes, materials and furniture.
Collecting client briefs and preparing the project briefing documents.
Preparing design and production information with pre-agreed cost parameters.
Investigate suitable products and materials assessing sustainability, suitability and maintenance procedures.
Furniture decking systems and IT integration
Reviewing on-site construction work.
Report any issues to Project Lead and ensure smooth handover of project to client.As a Senior Interior Designer you will hold:
5+ years' experience (preferred) within Corporate Interiors.
Experience managing multiple projects and clients at one time.
Ability to mentor junior members of the team.
A degree in interior design or Interior Architecture
Revit, AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign.Our client offers hybrid working, a great benefits package and a salary of £42,000 to £56,000 depending on experience. If you are looking for a new challenge please send your CV and portfolio to us asap
