Job Title: Senior Electrical Contracts Manager Location: Antrim, Northern Ireland Salary: Competitive Salary including Company Car About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Contracts Manager to join our client’s team, specialising in high-end residential and hotel projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in delivering successful electrical projects. Commercial experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage electrical contracts for high-end residential and hotel projects. Oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Generate weekly/fortnightly progress reports for directors, providing clear updates on project status. Commercial Management: Manage project financials, including issuing purchase orders and handling variations. Ensure profitability and financial control across all projects. Experience with Design & Build (D&B) schemes is essential. Health & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations. Exceed quality standards and ensure best practices are followed on-site. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and clients. Flexibility: While the position is based in Mid Ulster, the role will require an element of working away as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on electrical projects. High-end residential and hotel experience is preferred. Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in project financial management. Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
