Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a well-established and award-winning Architectural practise based in Epping, who have recently started searching for an enthusiastic individual to join their ever-growing team. Our client pride themselves in the quality of their work, therefore are looking for a Senior Architect with a keen eye for detail.
Our client predominantly specialises within bespoke residential and conservation projects, this varies between new builds, refurbishments, extensions and conversion of existing buildings. Not only do they pride themselves in the quality of their projects, but also have a long-term commitment and track record of prioritising the sustainability of projects, and are looking for a Senior Architect who has a strong interest in this. The successful individual will have the opportunity to work as the project runner on a variety of bespoke residential and grade listed buildings.

Senior Architect Position Overview
Working on a variety of bespoke residential and conservation projects
Working on all RIBA stages
Producing high quality drawing working with Revit and AutoCAD on a daily
Running projects
Work alongside and assist the design team
Liaise with clients
Work on multiple projects at one time
Senior Architect Position Requirements
Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
ARB/RIBA registered Architect
Ability to demonstrate strong technical knowledge
Experience working on either residential and conservation projects (preferred)
Working knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD
Experience running projects through all RIBA stages
Proven design and technical detailing capability
Strong communication skills, essential when liaising with both client and colleagues

Competitive salary (£42,000 – £50,000 DOE)
