SEN Teaching Assistant  – Fresh Start in Education

As an Education Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to support, engage and educate a young person. You’ll create a bespoke learning plan for them to help reset and start their education.
*What does a typical day look like?*
* Support young people who cannot access education – we work with them outside of the school environment
* Work with children who have SEN & SEMH needs
* Engage young people with a variety of barriers to their learning
* Inspire the hope for a better future

*What are we looking for?*
* 2-years minimum experience in SEN/education
* Experience delivering a primary/secondary/functional skills curriculum is adventagous
* Commitment and understanding of Safeguarding
* Experience in engaging young people with often complex & challenging behaviours
