Sales Manager – Agricultural Machinery

Our client is the market leader in root crop cultivation machinery. They are looking for a Sales Manager, to be based at their site in Lincolnshire. This is a hugely exciting and diverse role for the right person.
You will be responsible for:
* Monthly Accountability for all Group Sales Margins
* Setting and monitoring yearly and monthly Group Sales targets
* Responsible for all Group Sales Forecasts and budgeting
* The leadership of Used Machinery Specialists, Marketing and Regional Sales Managers
* Drive proactive sales within retail and trade networks
* Coordination of sales activities, areas and overriding sales management
* The leadership of sales, sales administration, and area sales
* Close coordination of product management and pricing
* Setting annual cost requirements and growth strategies in-line with market conditions
* Develop and implement sales business revenue strategies in-line with growth ambitions
* Professionally develop Team members, and lead a culture that delivers sustained employee engagement
* Ensure positive and successful customer relationships are built and maintained and that Grimme is the supplier of choice for its market segments
* Development of sales strategies and alternative routes to market
* Provide all sales team members with the required support in customer-facing situations
* Coordinate marketing in line with sales targets
* Overall dealer monitoring and target setting with Area Sales Managers
You will have:

What they would like to see:
5 years experience in a similar role
Retail sales background
Demonstrable experience in Sales and/or management
Outgoing, open personality
