Yolk Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading Cyber Security training and coaching company, seeking a Sales Executive to join their team. The company offers a wide range of training products to help individuals expand their careers in Cyber Security and address the current shortage of professionals in the field.

The ideal candidate for this role should have previous experience in a sales role and possess excellent communication skills with a real drive to succeed. B2C sales experience would be ideal.

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will be to build and maintain key relationships with prospects, understand their needs and advise them on the company's training and accreditation products. You will be expected to meet monthly revenue and KPI targets, with the potential to earn high commission.

Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with prospects
Outbound sales role with high intensity and quality throughout
Understand customer needs and advise on the benefits of the company's training and accreditation products
Meet monthly revenue and KPI targets
Keep up to date with the various training products and services offered
Offer exceptional customer service and support to external sales agents when needed
Follow a sales process with each customer to ensure high-quality service deliveryKey skills and experience:

At least 3 years of sales experience
Motivated by earning potential and personal growth
Experience dealing with a high volume of calls
Excellent communication skills with a genuine care for customers
Attention to detail
Proven top performerBenefits:

Competitive salary of £24k basic – realistic OTE of £50k-£70k
Uncapped commission potential, with top earners exceeding £96k
Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm work schedule
