Sales Advisor

Our client has a mission to provide exceptional standards of services to bereaved families and is dedicated to providing high quality cremation and funeral plans at affordable prices.

Permanent, home based position.
Salary £25,000 + Commission on each plan you sell, OTE £30,000 – £35,000

The Role:

*Pursue all inbound leads and enquiries by email and telephone
*Manage an effective diary to arrange call backs and maximise opportunities for sales
*Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed with accuracy and procedures are followed
*Explain and advise all funeral plan options to clients
*Ensure plans are arranged in accordance to the clients wishes
*Maintain and promote good working relationships
*Support the team in achieving key performance targets

Requirements:

*A minimum of 5 years Sales Experience, ideally B2C
*A minimum of 2 years Administration experience
*Experience working towards and exceeding targets
*IT skills, moderate level Excel

Candidate Profile:

*Good communication skills, able to tailor communication to the recipient
*Empathetic and respectful
*Excellent client service skills
*Able to work well under pressure with accuracy
