Sales Administrator

We are a rapidly growing manufacturer based in a modern Wellingborough office and sell into the chemical, nuclear, pharmaceutical industries. We are looking for a Sales Administrator / Office Administrator who will be responsible for all incoming business opportunities and who will thrive on the opportunity to progress into a more senior position.
 
BASIC SALARY: £22,500 – £27,500

We are growing fast, since opening our UK doors in 1998 we have gone from strength to strength creating a company which has the product, service, and knowledge to support the chemical, nuclear and pharmaceutical industries on a global scale.
 
We are currently looking to add to our growing sales team, and as a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:
· Answering the telephone and handling enquiries
· Talking to customers to understand their needs and producing quotations for standard equipment
· Processing both sales and purchase orders
· Updating and maintaining Management Information Systems
· Supporting the business with all administrative, business development and marketing tasks
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Administrator, Office Administrator – Pumps / Industrial – manufacturing
 
To be a successful Sales/Office Administrator, you will be confident in your approach to communication across all mediums and you will have a keen eye for detail. Tasked with managing your own workload independently you will ideally be:
· Confident with technical jargon
· Able to work within set timescales
· Competent with IT systems including the full suite of Microsoft Office
· Able to multi task and handle a variety of business functions
· Personable and an enthusiastic team player

It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets and worked with the following products and/or services:  Sales Executive, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive, Field Sales Executive, Field Sales Manager, Area Sales Executive, Sales Administrator, Office Administrator, Technical Sales Executive. Internal sales Engineer, Technical Customer Service. Chemical, engineering, wastewater, oil, gas, pharmaceutical, petroleum, food and nuclear Industries. BPMA.
