Job Description:
As a Retial Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping journey to our Clients valued customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers with warmth and professionalism.
Assisting customers in their shopping journey, offering personalised styling advice and product recommendations.
Ensuring the store is immaculately presented, maintaining visual merchandising standards to showcase our client’s products at their best.
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently through our point-of-sale system.
Providing accurate product information and promoting current promotions or events.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in fashion and our brand’s collections.
Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a courteous and effective manner.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar retail role is essential.
A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of luxury retail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work a 32 or 40-hour weekly schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Professional demeanour, well-groomed, and a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
