Resort Safety Duty Manager  – Butlin’s

As a Resort Safety Duty Manager, you will play an integral part in ensuring our resort remains safe and secure for our guests, team and visitors.
The purpose of the role:
You will communicate effectively with the Resort Safety team, recognising opportunities for growth and reviewing performance where necessary
Assist in training and development of the team and ensure the implementation of standard operating procedures as well as Butlin’s Health and Safety Policy
Role model an excellent level of service at all times for our guests and team and promote this within the wider Resort Safety team
Ensure that access to the resort and venues is secure by implementing and adhering to safety checks of key cards, passes and wristbands
Efficiently respond to arising incidents and complete reporting thoroughly and accurately
We are looking for candidates who:
Hold a current SIA license
Have previous security experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment
Are energetic and have experience in a customer-facing role
Are computer literate
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Enjoy working as part of a team
Be flexible with a problem-solving approach
