The role entails managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The successful candidate will be entrusted with providing accurate legal advice, preparing and reviewing contracts, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from inception to completion.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing, demonstrating a thorough understanding of property law and a track record of managing transactions with precision. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. A keen eye for detail and the capacity to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, are crucial.
