Resident Liaison Officer
Resident Liaison Officer Location: Northfleet Salary: GBP32,000 to GBP38,000 per year Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Job type: Full-time, permanent Responsibilities of the Resident Liaison Officer: Provide residents with a clear understanding of works scheduled at their property. Visit residents at their home to ensure they are fully consulted regarding options and choices available to them. Ensure residents receive agreed written and verbal notifications of the works due to commence. Carry out follow up courtesy visits. Identify special needs or circumstances of individual residents and ensure our service is tailored accordingly. Inform project team of any special needs for tenants. Facilitate the smooth running of projects before, during, and after major refurbishment works programmes, ensuring that customers are left satisfied upon completion. Carry out H&S responsibilities Carry out such further tasks as may be from time to time delegated to you by your line manager. Requirements of the Resident Liaison Officer: Previous Resident Liaison experience (at least 3 years) Knowledge of the construction industry and/or site operations. Knowledge of building repairs and maintenance within the social housing sector. Experience of working with tenants whose homes are undergoing building works. Excellent attitude, clear focus and perseverance. Commitment to personal development and learning. Hold a full, clean Driving Licence.
