Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Band 5 RMN to work with an Adults Eating Disorders Inpatient service in Marlborough, Wiltshire, within the NHS. Location: Marlborough, Wiltshire
Vacancy: Band 5 RMN Adults Eating Disorders. Night Shifts! 3-6 months' minimum. Excellent Rates Available – £27 Nights/Saturdays, £31 Sundays/Bank Holidays
Team: You will be working on an Adults Eating Disorders ward, situated in the inpatient mental health unit for adults over the age of 18 who are requiring treatment for specialist eating disorders
Role: To use agreed assessment tools to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients and carers. To provide high quality evidence based holistic nursing care to patients and carers. To be responsible for the co-ordination, risk assessment and management of the ward for the duration of your duty. To work as part of the MDT, in the management of care for inpatients and day patients presenting with eating disorders. To contribute to the quality improvement and service development of the eating disorder unit by promoting high standards of care delivery and challenge poor practice. To communicate clearly (verbally, in writing and electronically) with patients, carers and the multi- disciplinary team.
Candidates: Applicants are required to be a Registered RMN, with a valid NMC Pin number, current DBS, driver with full driving licence. Candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills, accurate record keeping, time management and planning.
Rate: High rates available, £27 Nights/Saturdays, £31 Sundays/Bank Holidays
Bonus: £150 sign up bonus for new nurses to our agency. £250 referral bonus for each referred candidate that we successfully place into work. £150 bonus if you bring your contract to us and switch agency (£300 in total for new agency swapping nurses).
