Responsibilities:
- Oversee a small service of around 80 children and young people in placement and fostering homes
- Responsible for finding, developing, and supporting managers of social workers within the agency
- Ensure the agency and employees are upholding the highest standards of care-responsible for the overall Ofsted rating of the agency
- Manage and implement policies and quality assurance standards, including fostering business plans
Requirements:
- Experience in upper level management- preferably as head of fostering or similar role
- Registration with Social work England (SWE)
- Driver
- Care and drive to help support foster carers and families in order to give the best support possible
