  • Oversee a small service of around 80 children and young people in placement and fostering homes
  • Responsible for finding, developing, and supporting managers of social workers within the agency
  • Ensure the agency and employees are upholding the highest standards of care-responsible for the overall Ofsted rating of the agency
  • Manage and implement policies and quality assurance standards, including fostering business plans


  • Experience in upper level management- preferably as head of fostering or similar role
  • Registration with Social work England (SWE)
  • Driver
  • Care and drive to help support foster carers and families in order to give the best support possible
