Job Purpose As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and building established client’s relationships, whilst supporting the growth and development, in line with the Company’s strategy. You will be supporting and leading a sales team to ensure the key objectives are delivered in terms of customer contacts, market Intel, retention of business and new opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an extensive sales and people management experience, the passion and drive to lead your team into success. Key Accountabilities Accountable for maintaining excellent business relationships with all customers to ensure maximum market share and profitability, which will include compiling and working to a customer focus plans in line with the global strategy Undertake extensive regional and international marketing visits to our clients, prospects and enquirers Identify sales opportunities and potential clients Assist organic growth within the business by increasing client-based expansion Prepare and manage marketing business plan for the year in conjunction with Regional Manager. Ensure teams have a proactive commercial approach when engaging for work to ensure costs and margins are fully understood and monitored throughout. Ensure all clients are working to a signed and agreed terms and be point of contact for T&C negotiations Ensure good understanding of the current market and potential provide detailed feedback to the team Follow up on all sales leads Gain all tenders that are on offer in the business sector and assist in preparation of major tenders where necessary Oversee and new projects into the business up to point of award, working closely with all stakeholders Provide impeccable customer service to our clients and contribute to the development of strategic plans with our clients Other tasks as per Job Description Skills, Experience and Qualifications Extensive previous experience in a similar role Exceptional people management skills Knowledge of offshore oil and gas market is desirable Exceptional customer service skills Business acumen Excellent written and verbal communications You will have great leadership and team building qualities, be personally energetic, dynamic, positive, enthusiastic and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making.
