This is what you’ll be doing
This is an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist/PA to join a friendly Financial Planners company based in Cardiff. You will work closely with the operations director to be the first point of contact for visitors to the office. You will also:

Answer the phone and emails, organising incoming and outgoing post alongside taking and passing along messages
Manage and prepare meeting rooms for client visits, acting the friendly point of contact for clients throughout the day
Supporting other team members with various office support duties
Ensuring all databases and systems are up to date and accurate at all times
Prepare various documents and information for meetings and visits
Organise various staff and office events
Liaise with outside companies and contractors on behalf of the Operations Director
Support the Operations director with various small projects and fact finding
Organise and manage the Operations Director Diary effectively 
The experience you’ll bring to the team
As a passionate Receptionist/PA, you’ll need to have:

A friendly and welcoming manner
Previous experience working within an office environment
Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
Fantastic organisation and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise own workload
