Quality Assurance Specialist (Open to All Levels)

Up to £37,000 per annum DOE
ISQ Recruitment is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist on behalf on one of our prestigious clients. They are a well-known manufacturer based in Norfolk within the FMGC sector, but not in food.
This role is ideal for a wide range of professionals with experience in Quality Control, Technical Administrators/Co-ordinators, or Quality Engineers/Managers who are looking for a new challenge. Alongside relevant previous experience, we are looking for someone with strong problem solving capabilities along with good organisation and communication skills.
Your main role is to support the Quality team in achieving adherence to the quality standards according to legislation and procedures, whilst reporting to the Quality Manager. Your main responsibilities are:
- Performance testing of current products, ensuring adherence to specification,
- Support and active involvement in both internal and external audits,
- Preparation of reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities, along with providing quality representation in meetings as required,
- Providing training and support to the production team,
- Dealing with customers and customer documentation.
Candidates are required to have experience with BRCGS audits. Ideal candidates will also have experience in a similar role, specifically within the FMGC or food sectors. Additional qualifications such as HACCP, IOSH, Six Siga Green Belt, or knowledge of ISO standards would be advantageous.

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, some flexibility required.
