This position is for a dedicated QA Technician who will work on a night shift basis in a busy manufacturing plant in Leicester. You’re responsible for monitoring our processes against site procedures through regular auditing and supporting interdepartmental teams, providing clear and accurate advice

Description
Creating and maintaining accurate, audit-ready, site and product specific documentation to guide our teams in meeting required standards
Reviewing all production paperwork, confirming information in real time, that it is completed accurately and in full
Identifying any areas of improvement or additional training needs related to paperwork completion
Conducting legal compliance verification checks on site wide equipment (such as temperature probes, scales and fridges) against a defined schedule, escalating any out of spec results and assisting in investigation and corrective action implementation
Conducting GMP/Glass and Hard Plastic and Fabrication audits to ensure hygiene levels are maintained, working with department leads to assess compliance and improve standards where necessary
Reporting audit findings within the Internal Audit Procedure
