Are you a highly organised Project Manager, used to managing multiple tasks to meet required deadlines? Do you have an aptitude for building trust and strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders coupled with experienced in successfully delivering six figure projects?

Yolk Recruitment are currently partnered with a dynamic software business based in the heart of Cardiff. We are looking for an experienced project manager who has Salesforce System Admin credentials and preferably around 2+ years of Salesforce experience.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Defining, developing, owning and delivering project initiation documents and business cases that bring to life the requirements of the client’s strategy and the management arrangements for their successful delivery.
Proactively building trusted relationships with the Client to enable their understanding, participation and oversight of the project implementation, including executive reporting, risk management, conflict mediation, project communication management and stakeholder management.
Managing the implementation of each project tasked, to meet organisational needs, in line with relevant policies, procedures and legislation, on time, to budget and to the required quality standard.
Ensuring that projects are properly, scoped, resourced, managed and delivered according to agreed programme priorities and within agreed tolerances, through the change control board.
Complying with programme and project governance and delivery arrangement and appropriately engage colleagues and stakeholders in their respective roles and responsibilities.
Developing and demonstrating good practice in project management aligned to recognised good industry practices. 

The skills and experience that you’ll bring to the team:

You’ll be an experienced project manager – with Salesforce System Admin credentials and preferably 2+  years of Salesforce experience.
You’ll be in an ideal position if you have experience in delivering cloud-based IT solutions in Central Government implementations.
Excellent communication skills are essential, you’ll be experienced in dealing with Stakeholders at all levels.
You’ll be experienced in successfully delivering six figure projects.
You’ll have experience of managing multiple projects concurrently, as project implementations can vary anywhere between 1 month to 6 months.
You’ll be motivated to learn and self-train, using initiative to complete tasks and solve problems. 

Here’s what you’ll get in return:

A starting salary of between £38,000 – £45,000 depending on experience + bonus + regular salary reviews
