Job Title: Project Manager

Location: This is an agile role where you will be based out of our Lincoln office with home working available and some travel to other offices and sites

Business area: Kier Construction – Design & Business Services

Contract: Permanent, full time or part time. We can offer this role as either full time or part time, please specify in your application.

Kier Design & Business Services (DaBS) are looking for a Project Manager to support our delivery of projects based out of our Lincoln office. DaBS provides professional consultancy services, predominantly for built environment projects for both public and private sector clients over a wide range of sectors including education, commercial, healthcare, leisure, blue light, regeneration and more!

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager working within DaBS you will be delivering projects for both internal and external clients, applying our Association for Project Management (APM) accredited project management system, Kier's quality management system and other standard company procedures as well as the client's specific needs. The bulk of the projects delivered by DaBS out of our Lincoln office are for Lincolnshire County Council and so are located within Lincolnshire. However, DaBS is a national business and this office also serves other clients and supports the delivery of projects further afield as the need arises.

What do we need from you?

Ideally you will be qualified at Degree level but as a minimum you will have a HNC/HND qualification, or equivalent, in a discipline relevant to DaBS. It is desirable to also have the APM's Project Management Qualification, or an equivalent project management qualification, but this is not essential and training can be provided to achieve this after appointment. Ideally you will have experience of delivering projects that are relevant to DaBS, working as a project manager within a leading role, but as a minimum you will have experience of delivering such projects in supporting project management roles.
