Project Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established and market leading POS/retail design agency to join their growing team based in High Wycombe. You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team delivering high quality projects. We are looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced PM with a proven track record in POS displays and retail design. You will be responsible for every element through the business, from design conception through to the final installation of the build. This role works closely with the Account Management team. You will have responsibility for the management of projects and deliverables, with regular contact with all internal teams within the company, (design, production, etc). You will be responsible for delivering assigned projects on scheme, within budget and to a high standard to meet clients’ expectations. As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the manufacture of bespoke retail fitting builds
- Working closely with the in-house design and manufacturing teams
- Manage fast turnaround to a high quality, on time and on budget
- Be responsible for managing from design through to installation
- Briefing in production teams and getting the job completed through all departments
- Communicating with and booking contractors for installations
- Dealing with daily queries from clients and production
- Produce work programmes and schedules, record, cost and manage projects and variations as they change
- Attend site installations to oversee completion.
- Attend client meetings as necessary
We are looking for a Project Manager who has the following skills and experiences:
- Previous experience in retail design PM essential
- Excellent knowledge of design, production and manufacturing processes
- Confident communication skills and able to build strong internal relationships
- Ability to work in a fast paced and pressured environment
- Good time management skills and a high attention to detail
