Overview
We are currently representing a well-established Architectural Practice who are actively looking for a Project Architect to join their growing team based around the Cambridge area. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Project Architect to develop their career within a talented team.
As part of a varied team, leading on projects in both the public and private sectors, the ideal candidate will need to have experience at running projects at all RIBA stages. Project experience within the higher education/science sector is highly advantageous.
Our client, they aim to create spaces that improve peoples’ lives and create long-term value, targeting thoughtful design. Our team works closely to fulfil the client’s needs and aspirations communicating with them effectively throughout the design and build process.
Project Architect Position Overview
Covering Commercial, Education and Science Projects
Using Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis
Project running through all RIBA stages
Working on a range of projects and being client facing
Liaise with and manage personnel involved at different stages of the project
Working in technical design and construction stages
Project Architect Position Requirements
Project experience within the higher education/science sector highly advantageous
An ability to liaise with and manage personnel involved at different stages of the project
To showcase design and technical abilities
ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect
Good knowledge of Revit
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
Good knowledge of planning and building consents
To be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with the internal team, clients, and entire external design teams
To ensure all project deadlines are met to a high standard
Project Architect Position Remuneration
Salary; £40,000 – £50,000
