6am – 6pm (Mon – Thurs)
£40,000 – £45,000 + Discretionary 5% bonus
There aren’t many companies in the food manufacturing industry that have gone from a start up to a turnover of £20m+ in the last 7 years. They still have plans to grow, are investing another £m+ this year and are looking to slow down any time soon.
For their growth to continue, the foundations must be stable. This is why they are looking for an experienced Production Shift Manager with an understanding of what good looks like in the food industry. You will focus on developing the team around you, coaching and upskilling whilst optimising the existing processes.
It’s a role that can offer progression but first and foremost a culture of accountability must be driven and a succession plan in place.
You’ll have the opportunity to play a part in a number of projects in an industry that is continuing to boom.
