Production Operative

No experience is needed to work as a Production Operative for our client's busy food production warehouse.

Staffline is recruiting for Production Operatives to work in Old Leake, near Boston.

The rate of pay is from £8.72 per hour.

Typical shift times are 6.30am to 6pm across all 7 days.

You will be required to be flexible to meet the demands of the business.

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative at this site, you will assist in the manufacturing of food, working on a fast-paced production line.

The role typically involves some or all of the following tasks:

– Checking and weighing raw materials
– Ensuring that machine settings are correct

This role involves standing for between 8 and 12 hours.

Our ideal Production Operative communicates effectively with others and is comfortable working on their feet for long periods.

No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
