Key Responsibilities:
As our Production Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. Your mission? To deliver top-quality products on time, every time, while maximizing production efficiency.
Lead by example in promoting a culture of safety and responsibility. Your guidance will shape our practices and policies to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you’ll drive the production function to meet the needs of our business and contribute to strategic decision-making.
From coordinating production schedules to optimizing production and managing equipment maintenance, your attention to detail will keep our operations running smoothly.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Manufacturing Experience: Demonstrated expertise in various manufacturing environments.
- Commercial Acumen: Apply your business savvy to solve production challenges and drive efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Communication and Leadership: Your strong communication skills and leadership abilities will inspire and motivate our team to excel.
- Ideally you will also bring technical expertise relevant to our specialized production areas such as CNC, fabrication and working with ERP systems.
