Role: Product Owner
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: up to £55K basic per annum
Office Location: Hertfordshire
Hybrid Model: 2-3 days in the office / 2-3 days remote working per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CRM, Digital, and Enterprise teams.
- Assist the Product team in crafting Product Roadmaps and Backlogs.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by transparently communicating product updates, progress, and addressing feedback.
- Document new user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate feature requests, orchestrate sprints, and coordinate product releases.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Ability to confidently engage in meaningful discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record in effective stakeholder management.
- Previous experience as a Product Owner.
- Background in trade or retail considered advantageous.
