Payroll Analyst – North Lincolnshire – Highly competitive salary & benefits

Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering exclusively with a highly successful business to appoint a Payroll Analyst for a newly created role to support with the business’s international expansion. This is a fantastic time to join this market leading company who have seen substantial growth in their finance function and as a wider business over the last few years and are set to continue this expansion.

Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, the role will involve:

Process the day to day running of the international payroll within cut off timescales
Calculating overtime, SMP, SSP, holidays, expenses, and any deductions
Processing Starters/Leavers
Collate weekly hours from the Time & Attendance system and upload into payroll system ready for review
Support on weekly review prior to payroll sign off
Create manual payment requests as needed
Carry out any other “ad-hoc” administrative duties relevant to the payroll departmentThe right candidate?

Previous experience of working in a fast-paced payroll department
Ability to work as part of a team
Have strong numeracy skills, attention to detail and be IT literate specifically on Excel
Have a flexible attitude to working hours due to the international requirements of the role
